Letter From The President

To Our Music City Gators,

In an especially challenging year, I am grateful for our club. This fall, we waited anxiously to learn if our Gators would have a football season and were thrilled that we could join together to cheer on our team. Many of you showed up in-person week after week, masks on and socially distanced, while others opted to chomp from home. We raised over $500 for Second Harvest Food Bank over Thanksgiving and enjoyed a White Elephant Gift Exchange in December. We even held our breath as we watched Kyle Trask and the team put up a fight in the SEC Championship! It has been nothing short of a season to remember and I appreciate every one of you for your continued support of our team and our club.

As we near Christmas and the New Year, I first and foremost want to wish you and your family a safe, healthy, and happy holiday. Additionally, our Gators have been invited to the Cotton Bowl and will take on Oklahoma on December 30. Given the holiday and our Governor's urgent request to avoid large social gatherings, our board has decided not to schedule an official viewing party for the game. For those who would still like a place to watch, Party Fowl will air the game but it will be informal and without any of our regular club fanfare.

Our board is busy planning for the spring and we look forward to connecting with you again soon. Enjoy the holidays and we'll see you in 2021!

Best,

Ali Gaffey
